Do we ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

International Order:
We use the International Tracked service for international orders, please provide us with your telephone number at check out for customs and delivery. Customs fees may apply to a shipment depending on its destination. This is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs.

For EU customers:
Please order through our Etsy store so you can pay the VAT/Custom fees upfront at checkout, so your items won't be held at customs! However, if we noticed you have made an order from an EU country, we will try to notify you accordingly.


Which courier service do you use?

We use Royal Mail at most times, if there's any disruptions or delays, we might use other couriers.

Where do I ship your orders?

Everything is shipped from my home studio in the beautiful city of Bristol in the UK. 


How long will it take?

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days, and if you are in the UK, 1st class is usually 1-2 days delivery time. 

International orders can vary in timescale. It usually takes 5-7 days to Europe and 2-4 weeks elsewhere in the world.  


What happens if my orders hasn't arrived?

We receive proof of delivery on every order, and if you order hasn't arrived within 1 week from the due delivery date, please do get in touch and we will try our best to resolve the issue. 

If the parcel is held by the local sorting office, this is your responsibility to collect or rearrange delivery. 


Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind on an item, we can offer exchange but not refund. Please note that if you wish to exchange an item, then you will be responsible for the shipping cost plus the return shipping - which we will then refund the original order minus the shipping we paid on our end. 

If the delivery was attempted but 'returned to sender' due to no collection. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, you should be able to arrange for another delivery for additional shipping cost. It is your responsibility to check with your local post office.

If the item arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement but not a refund.

If the tracking indicates the item still in transit, which means your parcel is still on the move. However, if there's no movement after 2 months or any indication suggesting the item is lost, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
